    My family is my daily dose of inspiration to be better. It's such a joy connecting with my loved ones, friends, community, clients, and even finding time for self-reflection and tapping into something bigger than myself.

  • My husband and I had a serendipitous Meet Cute.

    By pure chance, we met! I was scheduled to attend a fitness class, and he had been hiking prior to a rendezvous with a friend. We crossed paths, each walking in the opposite direction on a trail in Boulder.

    As an Enneagram Type 7, I embody a spirit of adventure and exploration, always seeking new experiences and excitement. My zest for life often leads me to unexpected journeys and memorable escapades. Ask me about Egypt.

    Courage and connection are my core values. From a young age, I have found it easy to offer empathy and compassion to others. However, I have had to work harder to extend the same kindness to myself. I choose love, even in the face of fear, and you can too.
